Returns and Exchanges

KradumBloom strives to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order of culinary spice powders, concentrated flavor extracts, herbal confections, or curated gift collections, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and condition. Due to the nature of our culinary and herbal products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed items for health and safety reasons. Items that show signs of use, tampering, or damage will not be accepted for return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Curated gift collections must be returned in their entirety with all components unused and in original packaging.

Ordering and Payment Processing

Order acceptance occurs when we ship your products and send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. We reserve the right to cancel orders after sending order confirmation if circumstances require.

KradumBloom accepts payment via major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the total amount of your order, including products, shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.

All prices are listed in United States dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel the order or proceed at the correct price.

Indemnification

You agree that the indemnification provisions in this section are reasonable and necessary to protect KradumBloom’s business interests. This indemnification is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other indemnities set forth in any written agreement between you and KradumBloom.

Shipping and Delivery Terms

KradumBloom ships our culinary spice powders, concentrated flavor extracts, herbal confections, and curated gift collections to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs, delivery timeframes, and available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Mountain Time or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our facility at 218 Maple Avenue Suite 104, Billings, MT 59101.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. KradumBloom is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for reshipment costs if you wish to have the order resent. Unclaimed packages returned to KradumBloom may be subject to a restocking fee.

At this time, KradumBloom does not ship internationally. All orders must be shipped to valid United States addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain expedited shipping methods. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

Products and Availability

KradumBloom makes every effort to display our culinary spice powders, concentrated flavor extracts, herbal confections, and curated gift collections as accurately as possible on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of colors, textures, or product details will be completely accurate. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect the exact appearance, size, or packaging of the item you receive.

All product descriptions, specifications, ingredients, measurements, and other content on the KradumBloom website are provided for general information purposes and are subject to change without notice. We may also refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

In the event that a product you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to wait for the item to be restocked, accept a substitute product of equal or greater value, or cancel that item from your order and receive a refund. KradumBloom reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to these terms, the KradumBloom website, or your purchase of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and KradumBloom for any purpose concerning these Terms of Service or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts of competent jurisdiction sitting in Yellowstone County, Montana. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
